who we are
Beth Bryan BSW, MMentalHealth, AMHSW
Beth established EMC Support Services in 2020
(the initials EMC honour the memory of Beth's 'Nan',
a warm, loving woman who listened without judgement and supported without telling you what to do).
Beth is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with a degrees in both Social Work and a Master of Mental Health Science.
Beth is experienced in a variety of therapeutic modalities including CBT, ACT, Mindfulness and DBT and is a competent group facilitator.
Beth has extensive clinical experience in both public, private and psychiatric settings, and provides counselling to Employee Assistance Program and Victims of Crime clients together with being a proud supporter of our Veteran community.
Our Promise
We use a client-centred approach, working collaboratively with clients to identify goals and work towards these. We also place a strong emphasis on building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship.
Services
Counselling/Mental Health Treatment Plan
With a referral from your GP or psychiatrist, you may be eligible for a medicare rebate
Ask your GP to complete a mental health treatment plan and a referral to EMC Support Services.
A gap fee is payable at each session.
1/1/26 gap fee $55 is payable when you make your booking (Your medicare rebate is processed when you attend the appt)
All information gathered is confidential and your privacy is assured unless you disclose that you intend to hurt yourself, someone else, or you are at risk of harm from others, or you have or intend to break the law, or there are child protection issues or a court subpoena's requests our records.
*Note: No Show/late Cancellation Fee - $55
If you do not notify us of your non-attendance of an appt within 24 hours of your confirmed appointment, you will be charged the cancellation/no Show fee.
(NOTE: If, when you receive your SMS reminder 24 hours prior to your appt ,you know you wont be able to attend, reply via the SMS. This ensures the practice is aware you will not be attending and you will not incur any fees).
