Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we experience in our life. Counselling can help you rediscover your motivation, perspective, and hopefully a return to wellbeing.
Many individuals experience symptoms such as anxiety, fear and worry as a result of a traumatic experience. We work with you to identify the unhelpful emotions which keep you stuck and unable to grieve a loss or allow healing and adjustment to begin.
